Frequently Asked Questions

If you’ve got questions, we’ve got answers. We love to pick the brains of our lab techs, extraction team and grow experts. You can always email us at [email protected] or hit us up via our social media with any ABX questions.

Cannabis oil changes over time, most notably in its flavor and color. As you use your vape, minor oxidation will occur as air is drawn through the oil while the cartridge is activated. This is an entirely natural bioactive process that occurs over time due to small amounts of oxygen interacting with the oil through the ceramic core of the vape cartridge. If the cartridge is stored on its side or upside down, some of this darkened oil will recombine with the rest of the oil, taking on a darker homogenized amber color and not affecting taste.

Whole flower is hand-selected and fresh frozen to preserve the terpene, flavonoid, and cannabinoid profile.

Cannabis flower is cold-stored at our farms and then cold-transported to ABX extraction freezers.

Whole flower is cold-extracted with the purest hydrocarbon (butane) at -100° F. We evaporate and remove the hydrocarbon (butane). Using pressure, THCA diamonds are separated from the terpene sauce and we purge any remaining hydrocarbon.

Diamonds are recombined with the same sauce from each batch. No CRC or steam distillation, ever.

Our top-shelf extracts are filled into our airtight, jewel-like, stay-clean reusable glass jars or ceramic core and tip cartridges for premium protection of your most precious concentrates. Concentrates are cold-stored and cold-delivered to your dispensary to maintain product quality.

Our high-potency soft gels and gummies utilize an ethanol extraction method, a safe and highly efficient unique sub-zero cryo-ethanol extraction that is ideal for maximizing THC potency.

We guarantee every ABX product. If you experience an issue with your ABX product, return it to the dispensary where it was purchased for a product exchange or refund. Product exchange policy varies by dispensary. Be sure to check their return policy before placing your purchase. If you have any issues returning your product, contact [email protected] for assistance with a product replacement.

ABX products are only legally available for sale in the state of California. At this time, we cannot ship across state lines.

Ethanol is used as a completely safe, non-toxic part of the extraction process to separate the cannabis oil from the additional fats and lipids found in the cannabis flower. Ethanol is 100% safe in the very tiny residual amounts present and is the second most common solvent used commercially, after water. Ethanol is the least toxic of all alcohols and is only dangerous if encountered in high amounts.

We have a commitment to transparency, sustainability, and delivering the highest quality products for our customers. We extract in professional-grade, high-end facilities. We source our cannabis from our partner farms in California, sun-grown by master cultivators with expertise in sustainable farming practices. Our products are lab-tested at three different stages of the production cycle to ensure product safety that meets the rigorous mandates of the California cannabis regulations.

We use only cannabis-derived terpenes. That means that the flavor of your vape cartridge came directly from the cannabis flower of which it was extracted.

For best results, we recommend only using our CCELL ABX battery. If you choose to use another battery, you must ensure it does not exceed 4 volts.

We use strain-specific, whole-plant cannabis that is sourced directly from our farms in California. Grown in the finest regions that Cali has to offer, our crews work tirelessly to bring you the highest quality cannabis for every one of the ABX products. Sun, rain, fog or shine; it all adds up to be the perfect environment to work and grow the most primo crops.
